Our professional consulting firm’s expertise lies in the preparation of reports to evaluate projects’ compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Surface Mining and Reclamation Act, the Clean Water Act, and the federal and State Endangered Species Acts. Lilburn Corporation prepares and directs technical analyses for complex and controversial land use projects. We have completed projects for a number of private and public entities, primarily in the Inland Empire since 1989. Our expertise throughout the State in permitting mine projects is unsurpassed.
